Submission Requirements
Language: English is the official language of the conference. All submissions must be written and presented exclusively in English.
Originality: Submitted papers must be original, unpublished work within the scope of the conference, or submitted to elsewhere.
Full Paper Publication Policy
Only accepted full papers that are both registered and presented at the conference will be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings.
Page Limit: The minimum length of 4 pages is required. The regular registration fee includes publication of up to 6 pages. If your paper exceeds 6 pages, an additional fee of USD 70 per extra page will apply (with a maximum of 4 extra pages allowed).
Abstract-Only Submissions
For researchers interested in presenting and discussing their latest findings without preparing a full manuscript, abstract-only submissions are accepted.

Review Process
All submissions undergo a rigorous multi-stage review process to ensure quality and originality.
1Initial Review
In the initial review, manuscripts first undergo plagiarism and originality checks, while also being assessed for their relevance to the conference theme and scope. Papers that pass this stage proceed to peer review.
2Peer Review
All submissions are subjected to a rigorous double-blind peer review process by at least two international field experts, who evaluate them based on criteria including originality, significance, timeliness, logical coherence, and balance of argument.
3Decision Notification
Upon completion of peer review, a formal decision is conveyed to the corresponding author by email. The possible outcomes are: Strongly Accept, Accept, Reluctantly Accept, Reject, or Strongly Reject.
Ethical Guidelines & Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable. All papers will undergo plagiarism detection prior to review. Any paper found to contain plagiarized Activity will be rejected.
Plagiarism Sanctions
If plagiarism is detected, the following actions may be taken:
- Rejection of the submitted article or removal from final publications
- Notification to the author's supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
- Reporting to appropriate academic ethics offices and research funding agencies
- Publication of the author's name, article title, affiliated institution, and details of misconduct
